I booked an awesome vacation through All Inclusive Outlet for my family...but sadly I chose the wrong resort at my time of booking. My package was placed online on a weekend and after calling the help line I was told that they would put a note into their help desk in which they would get back to me during regular business hours. Early Monday morning I received an email from Codrina, a travel consultant with the A/I/O. I rang her, she listened with politeness and professionalism, and assured me that she would do her best to meet my request. Within hours Codrina emailed me back with the exact request and hotel that my family wanted. She was great, as well as All Inclusive Outlet... all parties were helpful.

Missy was professional, prompt, and clear on her communication. She was able to get my trip booked using my credit after we had to cancel due to the hurricane this past fall. I was able to get this squared away with just a few emails. She made it a breeze.

First let me say we travel frequently and have our normal channels we book through. I can't remember how I came across your website, but I'm happy I did. It saved me a few hundred bucks over any other package prices and Stephen was very efficient. I appreciated he was available to chat with via e-mail. It seemed like a more personal experience all around. We are now in the process of booking for my son and his girlfriend and will be working directly with Stephen again in the upcoming days. If everything goes well, I look forward to working with him on our future vacations! The process has been delightful so far.

UPDATE -- a few weeks after booking, our trip price dropped by $700. We hadn't purchased the insurance (and it was past the 24-hour window) but fortunately, Alida Lopez was able to help us with a $266 price adjustment, which we greatly appreciated. We booked a 7-night stay in May at TRS Coral with Stephen, and the entire experience was fantastic. This is our second time booking through AllInclusiveOutlet.com—the first time we booked online—so it was great to work directly with a travel specialist this time around. Stephen made the booking process smooth and stress-free, and his communication has been outstanding from start to finish. We really appreciate being able to email or call him directly with any questions and getting prompt, helpful responses every time. I couldn't get a hold of anyone after 4 calls and over an hour waiting on the phone just to leave 5 voicemail. My wife found our other trip itinerary number and an email for Rebooking Credit Support. I sent my request and Missy responded almost immediately! She said she was on a call but would look in to my new booking. She sent back another email with that trip located and needed my permission to use my trip credit. I responded back yes. Within 5 minutes we were completely booked on our new trip, flight credits applied and were good to go. She did an awesome, super quick job in taking care of our trip!!!! And, she is the only one in her department that handles situations like mine. Missy is a rock star!!!

The best travel agent ever Steven Bennet was amazing with helping me book my trip to Tulum Mexico. He is such a fantastic listener and try his best to help me find a vacation that's within my budget . I referred him to so many of my friends and family.
